Saxton partnered with FEH Design for the interior furnishings of the new, 24,000 square foot Pleasant Hill Police Department. The new headquarters offers more space for the department’s staff members, including a risk processing center, private and open offices, bath and locker rooms, interview rooms and evidence storage space. The staff now has collaboration areas throughout the building, offering different places to work throughout their day.

The new building also has a community room that can be used to host meetings and forums, or to facilitate conversations between citizens and members of the police department.

Saxton is continuing their partnership with the city and is currently working on Pleasant Hill’s new Fire Department Office Building.

We shape the human experience by creating spaces where people thrive. We leverage our unique concept of “think beyond” to shift the focus from the immediate to the future, from purchase price to long term cost of ownership, from what you can see to what you can’t see that really matters. We look at space as a part of your strategy to success.

Saxton is owned and operated by President Kim Augspurger and is a Targeted Small Business, Women Minority Owned in the State of Iowa, as well as certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
