Living Up to Our Brand Promises
When I joined Saxton several years ago we had been working with Mike Wagner from White Rabbit Group and studying the concept that a company’s Brand is really nothing more than the result of the Customer Experience. And that it was important that the Customer Experience resulted in customers that are Raving Fans. Through this process, Saxton identified three brand promises that we train every employee on:
1) Lead the Way
2) Sweat the Details
3) Deliver a WOW Experience
I recently attended a seminar where all of the attendees were asked to introduce themselves and their company. When I said I worked at Saxton the facilitator asked what we do. Before I had a chance to say anything, a couple of Iowa Donor Network empoyees spoke up about how they had just completed their new facility in Altoona with Saxton and how wonderful we were. They raved about how Space Matters, what a great experience they had and how their project results exceeded their expectations.
Not only was I proud to work for Saxton, but it was such an interesting experience to hear a Raving Fan first hand and have them explain our company from their vantage point. It inspires me to continue to live our brand promises. Thank you Mike Wagner for introducing us to this concept and thank you to all of the leaders and staff at Saxton who continue to live these brand promises every day.
